NOD 32

ESET NOD32 is a product from ESET.  Over 70 million users worldwide trust ESET to defend themselves from these attacks. Version 4 utilizes ThreatSense Technology™ to detect viruses, Trojans, worms, Adware, spyware, hackers and phishing attacks in real-time to protect networks and single computers. NOD32 is easier to use than McAfee Virus Scan, NAV Corporate Edition or even Trend Micro Office Scan. It is good for even the home users, small and medium sized businesses, big enterprises, education and corporate people.

One of the main advantages of this product is that it is built for speed.  It uses extremely minimal system resources, and is fast. Efficiency and scanning rate is multiple times better than other products available.

Files from internet containing malware may get infected via browser hijackers. This can be prevented through HTTP scanning. Macro viruses are scanned and cleaned protecting the Microsoft Office Applications while sharing

Spyware are non virus software which tracks user behavior and opens up hidden entry points into the system. These are removed from the system. It is to be noted that spyware appear benefiting to the user while these are not.
